What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching works by giving you confidence, knowledge and skills to take your health into your own hands and achieve your goals. This is done through personalised lifestyle changes and positive psychology. The aim is for you to be healthier and happier now and also in the long term.
In today’s world, it is very difficult to keep up with the demands of motherhood and remain healthy. The mother’s sole job used to be the care-giver with physical and emotional support from family that lived close by. But the world has slowly changed and now us mums have multiple roles and very little support.
This is where a health coach comes in. A guide who helps you make the changes you desire all while effortlessly fitting these around your busy schedule. A mentor who keeps you accountable and is your biggest cheerleader in the process.

Research tells us that habits take 3 months to form and that is why the length of this program is ideal if you want to make your changes long-lasting. Compared to ‘The Mama Makeover’ this is less structured and more dependant on your individual needs
