You’ll walk away with a clear, personalised plan you can start implementing right away

6 sessions / 1hr each
This package is designed to help you build sustainable habits that truly stick. Science shows it takes around 12 weeks to rewire routines and create long lasting transformation. We’ll work closely together to explore your goals, uncover what’s holding you back, and create a clear, step-by-step plan that fits your life. You’ll get regular check-ins, compassionate guidance and encouragement.
